Dining out at some places for me seems unhealthy.What are some dishes that is healthy and easy to make?

  1. 1) Mix tofu soup - juz put everything (meat, veges, tofu) into a pot of boiling water...n add salt + pepper 2 taste.....

    2) Steam Vegetable with soya sauce - juz steam some veges n add some light soya sauce 2 taste...

    3) Mixed Fruit Salad - juz cut some fruits n mix well...


  2. When dining out, best to avoid animal-based products; they're often the first to rot, and dishonorable establishments are not above serving them anyway.

    The steamed tofu sounds like a safe bet.

Unfortunately a lot of things that may seem healthy that are easy to make are not.  Salads of mostly lettuce are empty calories, not much nutrient.  But if you add fruits and perhaps nuts to them you get much closer.  Also stir fried vegetables with rice is a healthy dish that is not too difficult.  There are tons of books on this very subject that could cover it much better than a post.
