Dinner Menu- which would you choose?

Okay so i had to make a dinner menu for class and now i need to test it out and get some opinions, so please help me out! Pretend you are at a restaurant and this is the menu; tell me what you would order; an entree and two sides. Thanks!

Entrees:

E1. Beef & Bacon Burger $9- a sirloin, chuck, and bacon patty on a fresh bun, with lettuce, tomato, and smoked mozzarella

E2. Glazed Salmon $14- maple and brown sugar glazed salmon

E3. Grilled Pork $8- Spicy grilled pork loin, with red chile and tomato salsa

E4. Stuffed Bell Pepper $8- Red bell pepper stuffed w/ sautéed black beans, onion, tomatoes, and bread crumbs

E5. Herb Roasted Chicken $8- herb-roasted chicken breast with gravy

Sides:

S1. Steamed Vegis (carrots, broccoli, & cauliflower)-

S2. Apricot-glazed Beats

S3. Grilled Sweet Corn & Bell Peppers

S4. Shredded Carrots & Turnips

S5. Sauteed Green Beans & Mushrooms

S6. Mashed potatoes

S7. Walnut Wild Rice

S8. Mixed-Grain Pilaf

S9. Fries

S10. Pesto Linguine

The glazed salmon or herb roasted chicken is healthier for you. The steamed vegetables, grilled corn with bell peppers, turnips and carrots, and wild rice are good choices, also. Fries are not to good for you.

E5, S1,S6 I would like gravy on the mashed please and some dinner rolls and butter and what about a dessert menu or does that come later.

E5, S3 and S6 be more descriptive on the mashed potatoes. Do they have roasted garlic in it?  Do the potatoes skin on or off, if so red-skinned,....etc?
