Where is the best place to take a group of 9 people if you're trying to pinch pennies??

  1. I personally do not like Olive Garden.

    Cici's pizza doesn't taste so good to me, either.

    Applebee's, Chili's, and TGI Fridays, and Bennigans are all pretty inexpensive, and have a pretty nice atmosphere for groups. It also seems like your being generous, and providing tastey food.

  2. You could go to a pizza restaurant.  I don't know if there is a Mellow Mushroom restaurant where you live, but their pizzas are great.  It's a little on the pricey side, but if you split a few pizzas between 9 people, it wouldn't be too bad.

    Also, you could go to a place like Olive Garden that comes with salad and breadsticks.  If you go for lunch, they have cheaper lunch menu items.  Hope I helped a bit!

  6. i would say olive garden. they have group menus, and free soup and salad with any entree

  7. Chinese Restaurants' All-You-Can-Eat would probably be your best bet.  It'll cost you some money to feed them but most restaurants will charge you more.

  8. How about some type of chinese buffet?  They are really inexpensive and most are really good.

  13. I tried pinching pennies once but i found it impossible. Not sure what a buget is, but I remember a Pete's  Grill had something called a dinner on a buget. I think it was a thin piece of steak served in a small box called a buget. I believe it is something popular in Greece.
