Dinosaur movie title help?

It was (I believe) a trilogy of these scary dinosaur films. The only scene I remember form one of them is this girl is on a yellow tractor (I think) and a t-rex comes up and rips her foot off.

One of the films had a t-rex on the cover, and another had a raptor.

Sorry I couldn't give more scenes, it's been like, 9 years since I've seen this.

Anyone have an idea what the movie could be?
