Diognostic codes 1514 and 1516 came up on my screen,my car is a 1999 v6 firebird.The car won't start.?

The car idles funny then dies when I pump the gas to keep it going black smoke comes out like it's running rich.

  1. good bet is to change fuel filter and add a bottle of fuel treatment
