Flamengo are in talks with CSKA Moscow over the signing of the Brazilian striker, Vagner Love, having had a 6 million Euros bid turned down by the Moscow-based club.
Love’s lawyer, Diogo Sousa, has lamented the situation and urged the Brazilian club to come up with an increased bid for the Russian Cup winner.
"It's pretty simple. CSKA are not accepting Flamengo’s proposal. They have failed to meet the asking price, to satisfy the Koni, and they are willing to pay the money in instalments.
