DirecTV DVR HELP?

My DirecTV DVR+ will not turn on. I know there is power because I can hear the fan running. But the blue light is not on, indicating power, and there is no display on the TV. Any solutions?

if unplugging doen't work there is a little button behind the fold down door where the card is push it and that will reset everything

Trying either unplugging the device in the back wait a few seconds and then plug it back in. What will happen is, it will reboot and then hopefully after 5 minutes or so after everthing is loaded you should have TV. Now was this ever working? Or you just hooking it up for the first time.

Give that a try and it does not work call Directv.
