DirecTV and Qwest?

What does everyone think of bundling internet service and DirecTV with Qwest? Do you think we're getting a good deal or ripped off?

Having worked for 1 of these companies I do know that there are some discounts available with the bundles. I do know that many times Qwest places the orders and they are completely wrong. Once the dtv is activated you will have to pay for the correct equipment regardless of who's fault it is. Also Qwest handles all of the billing to DTV so if they forget a payment you may have a mistake in billing.  There is also a 2 year commitment for advanced equipment such as DVR or HD and an 18 month commitment for standard receivers that Qwest sometimes fails to mention to customers.
