when i chose a channel to watch its saying to call costume serves x721. whats that??

The 721 means that you have no programming. If your bill is current it can mean that it may need a signal resent. If this is on all your tv's it may be something else. If this is only on 1 tv you can unplug the receiver from the main power source for 15 seconds then replug it. Let it go through the reboot. If this does not fix the problem you will need to call and have a signal resent. This can also happen if the receiver is moved to a different location or not used for awhile. Hope this helps.
