Direct deposit for Old Navy?

Whenever I try to login in to "portal" it tells me I need to have a validation response? My boss doesn't even know what it is, so does anyone know? I need to check on my direct deposit! Thanks!

Log in with your employee ID and the password you use to get on the register.  It's been years since I first activated my Portal account, but I think this might work:

The security question's answer is the first two letters of your last name, followed by your employee number. after you enter that, it will prompt you to set up your own security question, which you must answer every time you log in.

If that doesnt work, call store support at [phone], option 2 - store support, option 1 - technology issues, and finally option 2 - technical issues. Just let them know you're an employee, not actually at the store, and you're having trouble logging into GapWeb.  Sorry I couldnt find the 1-800 number.
