Can you record a show through the internet cuz im not physically there

If you have a DVR at home and a DirecTV account online, you can set your DirecTV DVR to record something through the Internet.  Go to the DirecTV website and find the TV Listings website (top of page under TV Schedule).  Find the date and time of the show you want to record.  Click on the show for more info, and when info shows up, you should have the option to 'Record to Receiver'.  If you have more than 1 DVR, you select the one you want to record to.
