DirectTV?!? How to change an unknown passcode??!! HELP?

I have a box, my friend was stayin with me for a little while and she moved out and I don't know the passcode she used on it! How do I change it, is there a way? Do I contact Direct TV or what?

You will need the last 4 numbers of the access card number. All you do is call Directv and tell them they need to reset the password on the receiver. They will send a signal and the block will be removed. You will also be able to add a new code if you want. This only takes a few seconds. If you happen to get an inexperienced rep tell them to go to receiver tab and under receiver tab to reset password. Hope this helps.
