Directions to lakeside?

Does anyone know the fastest way from Loughton station on the central line, to the shopping centre Lakeside (Chafford Hundred station) by bus or train?

Take the bus that says Centre Lakeside, I dont know the exact number but it takes you directly there from the station

Central line to Stratford, Jubilee line to West Ham, then c2c to Chafford Hundred (Lakeside). A journey of just under an hour. Trains depart West Ham at XX:29 and XX:59 all week.
