Directv: I need a phone number to a Corporate Person who cares about D TV customers...do they exist?

Need to reactivate service and just spoke with a CSR and Supervisor in India who could careless about customer retention.

I'm sorry to hear that! The truth  is Call Centers(  I can only speak for Directv) are not given numbers to the coporate offices...They are given addresses..and you can get the address to the Office Of The President, but they (Directv,Inc) dont give CSR's/Supervisors.. direct numbers...I'm pretty sure they told you that when you called...If so then believe me they were telling you the truth, If not..you can call back and get the addy to the Office of the Pres. and write in. Hope this helps!

Call your LOCAL DTV office during business hours M-Fri.  Look in your local phonebook for the local #. They have them.... i know cause my son worked for them.
