Directv pay per view ordering with no phone line?

Is it possible a directv box to order a pay per view movie with no phone line?, I mean without having to call the 800 number but just clicking purchase?

There are 3 ways to order PPV.  You can order it by clicking purchase with the remote, but you must have a phone line connected to the receiver.  If you don't have a phone line connected, you must either call DirecTV to order, or order it through their website.  Those are the only ways to order.
