Dirt devil Vibe vacume?

It is a bagless vacume it has very little suction, and the hose has practically NO suction i have bought a new filter and still nothing!! i can' t afford a new vacume how do i fix this?

There might be something blocking up in the hose, or you have a small hole in the hose that isn't giving it suction. Take your hand and feel the hose as you are running the vacuum. See if you can feel air coming out. That could be the problem.
