Dirty business in the International Media industry?!?

I have been dealing with international media agencies doing advertorial reports (sponsored reports) in the Gulf Countries and I noticed they bring very beautiful young women. The Advertisement rates are ridiculously high, yet these agencies still manage to come out with successful reports and cover their 5-star expenses.

I've been told that some of these women sleep with company executives in order to get sponsorships. I want to know if it's true or not. They way some of them talk and dress makes me tend to believe so!
