Dirty ice cream?

i had ice cream at a local pizza hut, it tasted like machinery and gas, something along those two. wat could it be?

is it dangerous?

Probably just a new artificial flavor, but when something like that happens, there are two things you need to do right away. Number one, quit eating. Number two, let the manager know. Additionally you should have found out if someone was working on their car in the back.

remind me never to get ice cream from there, i mean that stuff is probably going to kill you. no just kidding it's probably just something that was in the ice cream maker and you're going to live ☺

could be dangerous if the machine was in fact leaking mechanical grease(oil). I hope you told the restaurant so they can find the problem.

One time we ate at a buffet and we tasted cleaning fluid on our sushi. I dont know if was the pan that it was on, I think they sprayed the pan and never washed the fluid off.  To this day, we all remember the taste.  Gross

could be the icecream machine malfunctioning and dropping oil into the dessert or something
