I totally agree with K J!  Disabled (mentally or otherwise) people are just as normal as other people.  They just have different challenges to face.

No, I don't.   I hate it when people make fun of it.

i am taking offense to this. i know mentally disabled people and they are just as "normal" as me and you. if you continue to ask this question put it in the correct category and do not say normal males and normal females. that is rude.
