Disability support in university?

Question

Im currently out of university due to been told im unfit!!

I have non epileptic attack disorder which was diagnosed before i went to uni, but they have decided im not well enough.

Tomorrow i have an appointment with a different doctor.

Uni have now decided they will put a carer into place if im allowed to return.

Does anyone know what other support i should ask for to enable me to go back to uni and get me through the course?
