Disable an y-alert?

Question

how can i disable an y-alert comming to a cell phone # that the previous owner of that # had. I tried replying with everything i could think of - stop - halt - quit - nomore - and many many more. It comes everyday at 4 in the morning when i'm sound asleep and wakes up everybody in the house.
