Disabled internal mic on toshiba satellie A200

Yesterday I was playing around with sound recording software, and disabled the internal mic on my Toshiba Satellie A200. Now I can't re-enable it!!!!!!!!!!! ARG. It has completely disappeared from the microphones in the control panel. I can't find it anywhere to enable it again. Help!!!TIA,Angela
