  1. Very very expensive.  You don't get much for your money.


  2. I have to agree with the first answer, very expensive proposition, also, what was once a free and clear asset is now being tapped.  In an honest opinion, if the individual is adament about not leaving their home, it is an option to supplement income, but it would be my last
