  1. baseball bat.

  2. I'd be trying to find a good used set of headlight lenses from a big do it yourself auto wreckers or try buying cheaper after market lenses for it that may cost you about 160 bucks or so for both or used for about 50 bucks for both.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way I'd not recommend trying to clean them bec it's pointless due to the way the lenses are designed and made and the type of weather damage etc they have. However there is a white liquid that walmart and other stores sell that is great for buffing the outside lense surfaces.

  3. I'd like to know also, mine are horrid, fill up with water and the "scale" has all but blocked the light when they are on!  Nothing easy on a 98 stratus.  Good luck!!

  4. Are you sure its on the inside?

Normally oxidation forms on the outside of a headlight lens. Its very smooth to the touch and that leaves many to believe the discoloration is on the inside.

It's not. Oxidation forms outside on the UV layer of the lens surface.

Use Pittman's pure liquid non abrasive acrylic lens deoxidizer.

You will save your self time, money and aggravation.

Don't use any type of sandpaper, abrasive cream, polish or paste on your headlights, if you do you will ruin the UV layer and your headlights will turn yellow permanently.
