thanks but disc drive is a ATAPI DVD W DH16WIP ATA,and came with PC when I bought it. The Driver being used is Microsoft ver.6.0.6001.18000.
I tryed to up date but it is telling me this is the certain verison. I
did not get any driver disc. my Desktop is a Acer Aspire MT500A. When I
load a disk of any kind it will not auto start or load up when I click
on Disc drive Icon. I box comes up and tells me "load a disc" This
system is just a year old.Any other ideas?
