  1. Conditions of Service : PAs specially recruited for APS

    7. They will serve in APS for as long as their services are required in APS.

    8. They can be repatriated to their civil Division/ Circle with the consent of civil appointing authority.

    9. On repatriation, they will be absorbed against the outsiders quota.

    10. If there is no vacancy in civil, they will retire directly from APS.
