I imagine it is due to blood flow and distribution. There was a famous p**n actor who we used to nickname "Neapolitan D*ck" because his did the same thing. It is not indicative of any disease or problem. Just happens to be the way some of them grow.

This is normal, it happens when they are circumcised, the skin around the top may be lighter.

Circumcision. My man's p***s is like that.  His skin is dark chocolate and I think you can see that much more on a dark man than a white man.

The reason that a man's p***s would have a slight difference in skin tones is most likely the result of having been circumcised.

The inner skin of the f******n is slightly different in texture and tonality from the outer skin of the rest of the shaft of the p***s.

It's like the inner skin of a woman's vaginal lips.  When the p***s is circumcised, the majority of the f******n is removed and the remaining inner skin is sutured to the shaft skin, causing a marked difference in skin tone.  The skin closer to the glans (head) tends to be lighter in tone and a a little more smooth than the rest of the shaft skin, but it can also be the other way around, where the p***s tone may be darker from the glans to the middle of the p***s and lighter in tone throughout the rest of the shaft.

ummmm, circumcision, top part is inner f******n, base part is outer skin, the inner f******n is a different color then outer skin,if you look closer i'm sure you can see the scar from the genital mutilation

white- Redish head. darker in the middle. and should be lighter in the base, besides the pubic hair.
