  1. Take the vehicle to a reputable shop and get it checked out. Disconnecting the ABS is a bad idea.

  2. The warning light does not kick on for no reason.  It means something is broken.  It is important to get this fixed because certain failures can leave you without any brakes except the parking (emergency) brake.

    1.  Check the brake fluid level.

    2.  Check the wheel speed sensors.  This is the most likely problem.

    3.  Take it to a Ford dealer or ABS specialist and have them check it out.

Changing the brake fluid might fix it.

  3. Pull the fuse. However the light will stay on forever until you pull the bulb out.

If you do this nothing bad is going to happen...ever. The ABS kicking on for no reason is worse than no ABS at all.

However, why not just get it fixed.

  4. You can pull the fuse/relay, or take it in and have the faulty wheel speed sensor replaced, which is probably what the problem is

  5. lo primero q deves d hacer es tener muchos amiguitos oki??
