Disconnect from internet on palm centro?

Ok I feel like an idiot cause I'm sure there's a very simple solution... but after I'm done on the internet on my palm centro I can't seem to figure out how to disconnect. A little help?

Sadly, the only way is to do it manually. Go to Home, Prefs, Network, then Disconnect.

If you do not have unlimited data, this is going to cost some money if you don't turn it off each time you are finished browsing.

Even if you do have unlimited, the wireless connection sucks up major battery juice, so I turn mine off every time. :/
