I'm trying to get in touch with an old friend, but his # is disconnected. Is there any way to find out new numbers on people? Ive tried Intelius, etc. and they are giving me the same phone # that I already have (The disconnected one).

Call the service provider of your friends number and explain the situation, they could give you the number if he/she has assigned a new number with the same company.
