On 10/24/08 I talked with "Joanie" re Discovery problem. She advised that I needed a software replacement, that it would be sentand that I would return same. Have never received nor heard formRoomba Technician since. Meanwhile I have package of unopenedreplacement parts that I will never be able to use including APS battery69.99; Dirt Bin 24.99; Filter Frame 7.99.
