Discreet LED night vision Illuminator?

I have an outdoor low light security cam, need of an night vision LED illuminator, that doesn't produce a glow (that doesn't stand out) is there such an device out there?

Use LEDs that have a wavelength between 830 nm and 975 nm.  You can't see them at all but many cams can.  Be sure your cam doesn't have a filter glass in front of the camera sensor element that filters out IR.
