What kind of documents is required for Notaries?

How notarial processes need to be going through on my case?

My Story:

Immigration office made a mistake of my DOB, when I immigrated from Hong Kong. I only have "Hong Kong minor ID card" to attest the turth of my DOB; every documents, like U.S. Passport and DL, have the wrong DOB printed.

Finally, I was guided to have a Notary to prove my DOB...... but sigh......... No Notary I found knows how to notaries my case!!!

i think you need more than notary

my guess is that you should start with immigration office, that is where the snowball started to roll downhill

my bet is there will be at least 10 notary publics in that office

generally a notary is a witness to 2 or more people making an agreement
