  2. In convex lens, the incident rays are converged into a point on the other side of the lens.

    In concave lens, the rays are diverged.

    so only we are using convex lens to diminish the image and concave to enlarge the image.

  3. They are bent (refracted.)

    The bend is toward/across the axis if it is a convex lens.

    The bend is away from the axis if it is a concave lens.
