a maximum of 200 passengers, in terms of wing geometry (aspect ratio, area, span, sweep angle and their effect on the maximum wing loading) & power plants (number of engines and their installation, maximum take-off thrust and their effect on the design payload).

  1. Well... I know that the new A380 (which I have seen in person and is absolutely massive) was built for quantity. The new Boeing 787 was built for quality. The 787 sacrificed the need for more passengers in order for efficiency. It features highly updated avionics, and nearly 100% composite structure. This greatly reduces overall empty weight and makes it far more fuel efficient

I appreciate your question, but it's a bit too detailed to be answered in this format.  I think you need to take an engineering course to get all of this information.  I also just saw a book in the bookstore called, "Boeing verses Airbus," which had a lot of the kind of information you are asking about.  Hope this helps you.
