Constitutional Republic......

Best because the government is run on the consent of the governed. The individual is the key to this type of government. Our problem in the US is nobody knows what type of government we are supposed to be and doesn't bother to learn about our Constitution.

Democracy.......

Mob rule, laws are not set for the benefit of the whole only the majority. The individual only counts in a group.

Communism......

The individual does not matter. It is the force and for the benefit of the government. Laws are made at their whim.

Socialist Governments.......

Benefits those who are not willing or able to prosper or do for themselves. Laws are made for the benefit of politicians seeking re-election. The individual only matters when it's convenient for an issue, otherwise groups are the major benefactor of government benevolence.
