  1. Do you mean unique as a species among all known forms of life or why each human is a unique individual?

As a species, humans have something called the conscious self.  It is the root of all reasoning and logical thinking.  To the best of our knowledge (which is very limited), this is something unique to Homo sapiens.  This is associated with the formation of an ego boundary.

As to every human being unique, genetic differences are common except in twins and triplets (etc).  Even with the same DNA, each individual has a different set of experiences and emotions which must be dealt with.  No two are the same.  This makes everyone different from everyone else.

  2. Nature-inborn traits from many ancestors and Nurture-experience in life.

  3. genetic make-up and traits.  it's a different set of sperm and egg everytime, and even between twins, they get mixed up somewhere to form just one unique individual.  and  then along the way, the environment and other non-biological influences comes in to develop a person's personhood.  hmmmm...

  4. life experiences, where the person grew up, the people they hang with, have lived in other places or visited other places, their heros/heroines
