  1. Infants have no language.  For all practical purposes infants in the same environment will share a common reality.  The specifics may be different (one wet, one dry, one hunger, one satisfied, etc.), but each is unique and therefore the same.

As people grow and form their individual personal boundary, they are capable of learning language.  Only those concepts which can be verbalized can be shared.  Languages have a limited vocabulary and therefore limit the shared concepts, emotions, schema and logic of the user's mind.

A person's concept of reality is seldom the same as Reality.  The difference is limited by human perception and the ability to individual's ability to cognate and communicate these perceptions.  Language is often a barrier.

  2. language has little to nothing to do with a person's concept of reality.  reality is our emotional world, it is the feelings, thoughts, hopes, and dreams that we as humans experience every day.  even though we try, spoken language will never be able to grasp the concepts of human emotion it is merely a tool that we have created in an attempt to communicate these things to others.

  3. Well I could answer this question but....since it seems that this must be someone's homework--due to the fact that this person is asking questions of this type--for the sake of academics I am going to refrain from answering but will give you one word that might help--schema.

  4. example is eastern languages where there are a dearth of words describing hardship, sadness; -ve thingys - only one or two words to express it.    malay, sanskrit, thai as compared to english - words like perplexing, complex, confusion, confusing etc.  its plentous and shows the enigma of the english speaking world!!

likewise it these cultures, psychiatrists are non-existent,  happiness is simple and $$ is secondary.  concept of life is totally different, non-material, some spirituality,  easy living, easily satisfied.  level of sublimity is higher but lower if we ask a white man to rate it!!  but they r losing it 'cos of westernization and chasing the material god.

reality is therefore illusory too!  matter of perception and action.
