Disgusting foods?

I need an easy recipe for a disgusting looking food; not holloween disgusting but plain bad e.g. looks like vomit.

  1. get some chicken a just spit in it lol


  2. what about oatmeal? you could cut up bits and pieces of various fruits into chunks and itd probably look like the real thing!
