Dish DVR remote help?

our Dish DVR's remote will not let me select the Program Guide. it keeps lighting the AUX button up. how can I make the klight go on the SAT button?

You should only have to hit the Sat button in the upper left and then hit your guide button. If that doesn't work, try changing the batteries. If that doesn't work and it always has before, the remote is probably broke. If you can't do any satallite functions with the remote and its a number 2 remote, the remote address probably needs changed to communicate with the receiver.
