Dish Network Help????

Question

When I turn on my satellite, the "acquiring satellite signal" thing appears so i wait for it to have "progress 5 of 5" but at 5, it stops and doesn't work. I didn't use the satelite for about 2 months. Instead i had rogers installed and i think the person changed the cable connections or damaged them.

it seems like your dish is miss aligned, or something is blocking it from getting the signal, check and see it there may something obstruction a clear view of the southern sky, and that is not the case it is a good posibility thatyour dish might be miss aligned
