Dish Network Signal Ques?

Question

I have dish installed inside my apartment right next to the window. When I close the window, I dont get signal at all, when its open, I get solid signal. My problem is when it rains or snows, then I have to close the window. What can i put on the window, so i can get solid signal and also prevent water and snow from coming in. I tried trash bag, it didn't work. I called dish network customer service and they don't have any product like that. I love dish netowrk so much and dont wanna loose it. So please suggest something guyz. Thanks

Install the dish ouside. If you can't do that get cable. Only way it's going to work.
