Dish Network problems?

Question

I just got dish and I know nothing about it, but its like when I go to my recordings or hit DVR, it cutting off some of the channel, and its not showing it all, like its on zoom or something, whats the problem?

And I tried to record a drake and josh episode and now its recording everyone of them!

I don't want it like that, I don't know how to stop it,

Please help me,

Press the DVR button on your remote

go to my recordings

go to schedule

then timers

edit list and erase the show, so it will stop recording
