Dish Network trouble?

Question

We got Dish Network about 4 months ago and over that time period we've used the auto-tuning feature. Well some of the family has accidentally done the "season pass" feature that auto tunes you to that show EVERY time it comes on, well we have done this about 20 times, and as a result every 5 minutes it seems, we auto tune to another channel that we don't want to see!! How can I just CLEAR my autotunes, is it possible? If not how can I get rid of them?

Did you try calling Dish Network Customer Service, they can probably help you out.
