Question

why does dish network advertise over 100 turbo hd channels but the gold turbo hd package (the best package) only comes with 55 hd Channels ho0w do you get the full 100

they also include all the, HD movie channels,HD ppv and any regional sports programming in thier count even if you cant get it in your region, also becuase as consumers the public is pretty stupid, only a few people are smart enough to actually look closely at what they are buying . directv does this with thier HD count as well

Add in the Showtime, Cinemax, HBO, Stars in HD, then add in your locals (usually 5-7 stations) and then add in the HD pay-per-view channels it probably just breaks 100.

Just because they claim to offer this many channels does not mean they are all included in one package.
