Dish network HD box for 55" rear projection

I run restaurant in FL have dish network for 7 month.. i looked in e bay and saw differant HD box for dish network wondering i can use them with out changing my dish network program? (just connected the HD box) which one is recomments?

And can i use free to air with the dish network dish and its HD box?

Yes they can use them and received HD and FTA can with the dish network dish and its HD box
