Dish network no signal?

i have dish network and i keep geting error 015 which means signal loss we called dishnetwork reset the reciver didnt work so they said they would send out someone on the 15 of july i cant wait that long and there still making me pay for it any ideas how i can fix my signal problem

When my dish receiver messes up, I pull the smart card out, wipe it off and stick it back in. It kinda resets it.

Try unplugging the receiver and wait about 30 seconds then replug it in.  I've tried just the smart card procedure in the past and it never worked.
