Dish network recording???

Question

okay, so i want to record a show with my dish network tv. the show is coming on at 7:00 pm. but i am not going to be at home then. im leaving at 5:00 pm. and might get back hours later. how can i set my tv so i can just set it on record and then leave, then at 7:00 it will reocrd the show???

i can leave my tv on if i need to. but i only want it to record THAT show. and not a bunch of other shows after that also.

not sure ... but i dont think you can ... only if it records others aswell

Ok take ur controller, click menu then go to the show u wanna record then click it. It should she this screen that says create timer dont hit it until u go to the left and scroll down to once since u only want to record it once then u can hit create timer and it will record....Good Luck!
