My husband told me today that when he comes home and sees the dish rack is full of clean dishes, he's so glad I got off my behind that it gives him wood. What does that mean?

Thanks!

  1. Wet noodles are limp, wet wood is just as stiff as dry wood.  -- chagrin

  2. Odd things turn him on.  (((Zilla)))

  3. I wish I could tell you.  Spouses say the oddest things.  Like the other day:  I came inside, stretching painfully, and my wife asked me what was wrong.  "Well,"  I said, "when I mow the lawn with my shirt off, it makes my back all stiff."  "Maybe," she replied, "you should mow the lawn with your pants off."

I just don't see how that would help.  <scratches head>

  4. It means he's so glad you're getting up and around and being productive, he thinks he should be productive, too -- he wants to go down to UBC (United Building Center / U Been Cheated) and pick up some scrap wood, and build you guys a birdhouse or a cool chair or something.

    That's definitely what it means.

    Definitely.

  5. It means that it turns him on physically. Have fun!

  6. hmmm, must share that one with Kharm, I could use some extra wood.
