Dishlex Global 300 Dishwasher

Question

I have used both the powder form and tab form of detergent in my dishlex global 300 dishwasher but when the cycle has finished and I go to up-pack the dishwaster the detergent lid is open but the powder form is rock solid or alternatively the tablet form doesn't disolve.

I have cleaned out the filter etc.

can someone please assist me.
